ASPEN DENTAL get an "F" rating from me. Visit last week, Will Return calls when ready to do work...No Call, I called again, No Call. I called again. No Call WTF they do over there?
Rip off, went in for an exam and a cleaning per my insurance always an upsell wouldn't just give me what my insurance covered spent $1,000 on a crown that was estimated at $500 always more and more and more will never go back #fleeced
Awful !! Such a rip off , had some dental work done back in August 2017 paid for everything in the office paid in full , a month ago I start getting bills from aspen for over $500 !!! I call the office and they say yes we see where your marked paid in full on your fill but they lost the receipt and didn’t log it until the system !!! For the life of me, I cannot believe this place has good reviews. If you need dental work done, RUN! I repeat, run far far FAR away from this place. They will cancel your appointments hours before the time scheduled. They will make random appointments for you. They will make you wait 45 min before being seen. They will tell you that you only owe so much money, not explain what your insurance does or doesn’t cover, give you services your insurance doesn’t cover and then come back and say you owe them HUNDREDS of dollars more ... read more
The staff really disappointed me. After calling my name from the 30 min wait in the waiting room. The nurse showed me through door without saying a word and instead said hi and asked how another person in the waiting room was doing. Then brought me to the X-ray room and because I haven’t done X-rays in so long it was hard for me to figure out exactly how it goes in my jaw. Terrible experience. Waited 50 min for my appointment. They only take 5 people a year with my insurance plan. They told me I needed a deep cleaning to fix my tooth pain. Went to a different dentist the next day and I needed a filling and a root canal. Do not trust these people. What dentist can't see tooth decay????
