Barbaric. Never again. Not on my life. Horrible. Terrifying.
First and foremost they made me get approved for credit had two teeth extraction. Last Tuesday suffered all week from excruciating pain. Major swelling, throat hafe way closed up. Went to er Friday. Found out alot of swelling in my sinus, swelling bad on left side of face and jaw. I had a infection move into my jaw bones n joints. The people are nice. That’s the only thing good I have to say about this place. My husband and I get bills with random charges on it ALL the time. We call and they “take care of it” quickly. It’s been 4-5 times now for both my husband and I am done getting charged for services I didn’t even get! If it happened once, no big deal. Mistakes happen. But it is EVERY time we go in there now. This place is a joke. My husband went into today to get a just tooth removed hes been in pain for weeks and just now was able to get an opinion instead of helping him they left him with a list of charges up to 4 grand over ONE tooth... one tooth. hes still pain and his schedule is crazy so we dont know when he'll be able to get another appointment to get the tooth removed.

Had a terrible experience on this visit. I broke a tooth off at the gum and wanted something done... Guess what, I still have the tooth they looked and that was it.. should have offered a bridge or something. staff wasn't polite and was almost rood

I had bridgework done after this office told me my portion after insurance would be about $1K. i paid my "portion" and a month later got a $4K bill from Aspen. Turns out i was a couple months shy of the end of my waiting period for insurance coverage. This was Aspens mistake, they admitted it was their fault. Nice people but way too expensive even with coupon discount!
I'd give them a negative 100 if I could. In Feb 2018, my 88 year old dad went there because he needed to be medically cleared before starting cancer treatment. All he wanted when he went into the Springfield location was tho have the bad teeth pulled and verified there was no infection in his jaw. The dentist there talked him into $1800 partials.
