Went to have a tooth fixed temporary crown had a hole in it had to go back the same day still didn’t fit right. Got permanent crowns told them they were not fitted right insisted that they needed to settle in and would fit better in a couple days have never been right and now my very expensive crown has fallen off my tooth and is infected from it not being on right and it also had a hole in the top which they must have been made trying to get the bite right.

They was wonderful, Mandy helped me so much. She is a great person. She pretty much held my hand threw the surgery and after she helped me fit my dentures. But everyone was awesome, thank you all so much! Mandy sorry for being a pain in the butt, but you are very welcoming and i don't think i would have made it threw all this without you! Thank you!!

I would recommend the south Glenstone office to anyone. From day one everyone was super nice and welcoming. Dr. A took the time to educate me on which procedures would be best for me and why. The day of my surgery Dr. A and Mandy went above and beyond, spending an extra 2 hours throughout the procedure to help calm my anxiety attacks and make sure i was okay before continuing. Mandy the assistant was amazing and was good at keeping me calm while dr. A was pulling my teeth. they are both so professional and dr. A is amazing in was super scared and they made sure I was ok the whole way through.

Exorbitant prices. Lack of professionalism and good customer service manners. Left and went to a former dentist. Needed x-rays. Aspen only provided photocopies. My insurance had paid for these. Cannot get more for five years!

Dr @ is a great dentist.and his assistant.i had a uper plate made and 4 teeth removed, no pain, if i need more work done i will return.most of the staff were nice and friendly,however there was one receptionist who was rude and a smart mouth but there is always one in every crowd

stay away. staff is amazing for dental portion but now bills are coming in and each of them different amounts. Spoke to office manager, was told they would resubmit billing, and now higer amounts on bills coming in.I have never seen an billing office, as disorganized as this one. stay clear!
The doctor and nurses were nice. That’s about it. We were promised care and not to worry about financing that they accepted everyone and would make it possible. Assured me not to worry even though I told them we wouldn’t be approved for Care. We got there and after our $12,000ish plan they said they couldn’t help. So wasted day. Thanks 🙄
