Dr Patel, Mandie, Jenna, Ashley and Jennifer all were outstanding and very professional. They were curteous and very knowledgeable and I look forward to figuring out my finances so that I can get the procedure I so desperately need.

I went through Aspen Dental for new upper plate. They talked me into getting a full set which I really could not afford. They are the worst teeth I've ever had this is my third set of teeth I can't hardly even eat a steak I cannot wear my lower plate because they will not fit in it hurts really bad but I still have to pay for it. they are not even sharp I can't hardly bite into anyting please my old ones were Sharp.

I was refused service by the dentist because he wanted to extract 3 teeth and I only wanted ONE extraction! excuse me, but dentists don't tell the patient what will be done especially when the patient wants something else. with my dental experience, I know what to ask for!

i went here with tooth pain, apparently needed 9 teeth pulled and had over 9 cavities. left still in pain and was quoted over 2000 dollars let alone needing a "special cleaning" well lets just say i went for a second opinion after still having excrutiating pain. was told by aspen oh 9 teeth isnt that bad, out of the small amount i already had no im not pulling 9 teeth. my second opinion i need 5 pulled MAYBE 6 they are going to try to save one yes this includes my wisdom so its understandable. and instead of having over 9 ca... read more

Felt very pressured . When into get tooth pulled and Patel would not pull it. Said all my teeth were bad and needed to be pulled right away because of infection. I was told I would not have any problems with the dentures and they are awe full. They lied about how long the healing would take and I cannot wear dentures. Saw another dentist and was told I only needed one tooth pulled and maybe a couple fillings. They said there was a money back guarantee if I wasn’t happy with my dentures and they will not refund me money. The ... read more

You take advantage of people in the worst way possible. People come in with a toothache and leave with all of their teeth removed and “needing” dentures because “you’re going to need them anyways, you might as well do it now.” And when people refuse, you won’t even fix the problem they came in with! They literally let my fiancé walk out with a tooth that needed to be pulled and cavities saying they couldn’t help us once we decided against giving a 37 year old dentures! Inferior dentist. Staff wasnt truthful. have to have all work redone. i told tgem i want a simple regular cleaning, nothing extra. git a bill for $700 our of pocket for this cleaning. if i hadnt been so ill i woukd not have let them do the work. Every crown and filling has to be redone. i dontvknow how they staybin business. i should have known better with most of the staff living put of town. save your money, time and pain. there are other wonderful dentists out there.
