I went to Aspen for a promo on x-rays and exam and they proceeded to tell me I needed over $5000 in dental work!! I was upset and didn't know how I'd afford it. So I mentioned something to a friend of mine who is also in dental care and she suggested I get a 2nd opinion & boy am I glad I did!! They are not only overpriced but also lied about what I needed done! Never go to Aspen Dental!
I went in with an infected wisdom tooth that clearly needed to be pulled. After getting and taking the antibiotics to clear up the infection and returning for the tooth to be removed this place instead insisted I needed xrays and an exam but wouldn't be pulling the tooth that day (which clearly had me in a lot of pain and discomfort). Appoinment was at 6:45. Took him till 7:45 to even see my daughter. Didnt say much of what was wrong. Just sent me to a diffrent doctor
Nice people. Sneaky on their tactics of getting you on the procedure and financing. 6,000 for a missing tooth with bridge and offering a $140 for a tooth brush was told about but never said I wanted. Offering financing I wasn't even sure about getting procedure there. Just wanted prices. Very pushy sales tactics. Would recommend other prices elsewhere and options first.

My daughtet had been going to Aspen for a while. I got her in multiple times to make sure all work she needed done was done before she got braces on. The orthodontist noticed cavities that Aspen didnt. She needed a lot of work done. Almost a year later still working on it. They did nothing about it when I contacted them! Didnt care at all that I paid all this money to them and they didnt do anything. How do they not notice the teeth that needed work? Isnt that their job?? Run far far away!!!!
Dissatisfied with this establishment! I have had two incidents with them when they did not follow through with what they said they would do. I went for a week with a dry socket they supposedly had an appointment for me and when I got to the dentist was gone. Very very dissatisfied. Do not go there!
Went to have one tooth pulled one week ago 3 appointments later nothing . called dentist in Dixon got tooth pulled same day for less than half of what they wanted .
