Will never go there again. Pulled a major root canal wisdom tooth there was nothing wrong with and I had no problems with. He was taking care of five other patients at the same time. He was very overwhelmed and grouchy. Was not happy with the helper. If I would have known he didn't have the education to help it my crowns I would never have let him touch me. Was not happy with the hygentists either. I spent all that money for crowns and fillings that are still giving me problems. I've met ten people who have went there and th... read more

I’d give less than 1 star if it was an option. Horrible, ill fitting dentures and terrible customer service is what my husband received for thousands of dollars!!!! Do not go to Stirling, Illinois Aspen Dental and after reading hundreds of reviews I’d say never go to any Aspen Dental location.

It was good just my appointment was at noon and didn't get in till almost 1 and didn't leave till almost 2.

Don't ever walk into this place quote you a price then do more work with out telling you. Then send you with a get well card with a 700 bill as you walk out the door!

All's I can say is believe the negative reviews on here. They are definitely correct. Quoted over $5000 worth of work that needed to be done and when I said "I only wanted the one that hurts to be pulled" the attitudes changed real quick. The dentist was rude and basically told me I either do the work they tell me to do or go elsewhere. I chose to go elsewhere. Went in for a filling that came out . Left crying cause after I spent thousands of dollars on my teeth . Was told I needed all my teeth pulled and dentures at a discounted price of 7400 , went and got two other opinions from two different dentist to be told I needed two fillings fixed and need to go see a gum specialist . Which after a phone call and a complaint I made in an email to be told they never had a complaint at this store . Ok

Update: I just spoke with Kelly from COPERATE office. She was so nice and helpful. Refunded my insurance for my vist and also made sure to get me my X-rays through email! Still wouldn't recommend this location to anyone but I am so grateful for Kelly reaching out and trying to make it right! I wanted to wait until after my appointment for a second opinion. I wanted to wait until after my appointment for a second opinion. So now that that's done I would like to address this problem. I went to Aspen dental back in May for a check up. I knew my teeth definitely needed lots of work. To my surprise they told me they would need to pull all of my back bottom teeth, replace them with partial dentures, pull one of my top teeth and give it a bridge, I need three cavities filled which some would possibly need a root canal, and I have serve infection in most of my teeth.
