I had a great experience at the end of the year. The dentist and hygienist were outstanding. Kaiser dropped Aspen from their choices so I called to see what other insurances they took as I was willing to get my own PPO because I wanted to continue as Aspen. The office didn't know. How can you run a practice and not know which insurances are covered? Today was my first appointment at Aspen Dental. The staff is friendly and professional. Everyone from front desk, x-ray tech, dental hygienist, and everyone else between to the dentist were positive and put me at ease. And the technology they use is quite impressive. Being a morning person I love there early hours. I highly recommend them. d

Aspen dental gets mixed reviews from me, the male hygienist is great and he explains and goes above and beyond. I have purchased a liner for over $2700, six weeks later and several times trying to get someone to speak with, they tell me that Dr needs to see me regarding the treatment. This was never explained to me and now I need to wait one more week to see the dentist. Not happy about the lack of communication and familiarity st this clinic.

I want to thank everyone one the Aspen Office for being so kind and getting my problem solved within just 2 days. I am currently 7 months pregnant and I been suffering with the amens pain of a wisdom tooth that unfortunately had a cavity as well and those two combine is complete torture. I have tried many dentist office and even Surgeon within the 100 miles of Stockton. No one helped. 100% recommend. I was here when the building first opened up and met all the crew working here since day one. They're all incredibly nice people and professionals at what they do. I switched insurance providers JUST so I could make Aspen Dental my preferred location for all dental appointments (specifically the Stockton location). I had an appointment scheduled with the Modesto location, but due to a power issue in the plaza, I was forced to make a quick change of plans. My sister was so nervous going in for a cleaning being that she had a horrible experience with a different dental office. At Stockton Aspen Dental Lila made sure we were comfortable and made us feel so much better. She was so nice and comforting and explained everything very well to my sister which calmed her down. I'd like to start off by saying, I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years. I was very anxious to come in to the office but upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk I instantly felt more relaxed. Dr Reiff has become my favorite dentist, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any point and has continued to do a fantastic job with my treatment. The whole staff have been nothing but kind and understanding , I highly recommend this office to anyone.
