It was our first time here and was very very pleased with the staff and service. Lila c was so sweet and made us feel so welcomed .

My sister was so nervous going in for a cleaning being that she had a horrible experience with a different dental office. At Stockton Aspen Dental Lila made sure we were comfortable and made us feel so much better. She was so nice and comforting and explained everything very well to my sister which calmed her down. She was very attentive and catered to all of our needs needs and worries. Everyone in the office was so kind and professional. I'd like to start off by saying, I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years. I was very anxious to come in to the office but upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk I instantly felt more relaxed. Dr Reiff has become my favorite dentist, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any point and has continued to do a fantastic job with my treatment. The whole staff have been nothing but kind and understanding , I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Lots of Cross Contamination. Overcharging $$$ the dentist assistant took 15-20 mins to get my xray done. lots of retakes Place is dirty.

Stay away from them. Overcharge for routine cleaning. over $2000 out of pocket for simple and routine that is covered fully somewhere else.

After waiting for two weeks, I was existed to come in to pick up my upper and lower partials, but the Manager Beatrice refused my service for a bill she did not follow up on and told me, I MUST SIGN OR NO SERVICE, WOW. I am disabled person who lives on a very tight budget who doesn't like surprises and my body started to get flushed when she refused me to get my partials until I singed a piece of paper to her liking and get her out of her mess up. Stay away they are not for patient care . They do not provide any information up front they just hit you with bills. They assure you everything is covered thru insurance but only very eligibility not benefits before hand . No stars but had to put something. Wasted 2 hours of work for nothing!

They false advertise for implanted single denture on web site advertising 7240 for most denture single implanted denture but their estimate after visit was 22640 that's a huge difference. Also lied to me I paid 163 dollars for a panel of X-rays and they took only 1 photo because as I am sure many walk out after the bait and switch is pulled as I did requested a call and she said after I asked that I could pick up my X-ray as I have made another appointment with another facility but when I got there the front desk said it had... read more

worse service ever and I didn't even make it to appointment. 7:30am I called to schedule appointment. lady told me they will be calling me back to schedule.. didn't receive a call. 1 hour later I called back and was told the office opens at 9am. you will get a call then. it got to 11am and I called and the lady didn't want to help me. she said she's going to see if I can be "scheduled" . put me on hold and never picked up the phone until the phone eventually hung up.
