The way I was treated in the office caused me to say "you present a beautiful facade but that is all you have". Do not be fooled by the facade. You are a mere number in their eyes. They sent me on a wild goose chase around town and then refused to accept what my previous office sent them. I spent my time, automobile gas, persuasive charm to obtain exactly what they told me to get and when I went back to the office the receptionist acted like it was the first time she ever saw me.

This is for the Stockton office 1. Floors and bathroom were visibly soiled, I can't imagine how dirty instruments must be. 2. Front office is rude not very friendly or helpful 3. Waited 1 hour after appointment time to be called to be seen, then waited longer in dentist chair. Appt was 8am, called to back at 9:05 no work performed and left @10:30. 4. Nothing was done but x-rays but was being told that I needed additional services. All staff seem to be novices in their positions. This is not a well run establishm... read more

This place will scam you . I was told my insurance covered my service so I proceeded with the service. Later to find out I was told insurance doesn't cover after geting service. And have to come up with the money out of pocket . Really shady and dishonest people .

Don't go to this place. The waiting room is deserted, seems no one wants to go back to this shit-hole of a place. Always 1st and last visit due to very, very poor 1st impression. I have an appt at 9am today 11/30/23 and I arrived at 8:50am. This is actually my 2nd appt, the 1st one was last 04/12/23 for my dental x-rays and initial evaluation, then my supposedly 1st cleaning was scheduled on an August date but they kept changing the time which wasn't convenient for me. My wife has a broken denture. She came in last Monday. They gave her an appointment for Wednesday. She came in on Tuesday and told them it was an emergency. The dentist was sick and couldn't help. So Wednesday came and they said he couldn't help. Thursday was Thanksgiving. Friday she called and it automatically hung up. This is Tuesday and we can't get through. They just hang up. My advice is don't go here. They don't take insurance. It would be terrible service, but it is no service at all.

This place can be sue for false advertisement. I found their info thru my insurance as an in network provider, Made my appointment, they keep sending me texts to remind me of the appointment. Little less than a week before the appointment,they called me to verify my insurance which I provided with all the information. I requested PTO from my employer to attend to my appointment. This is an incredibly unprofessional practice. Cancelled my appointments twice. Then when finally got me in told me my insurance was not accepted even though it was listed on my appointment schedule

Charged for work that was not even done yet. Front office staff is rude and disrespectful. Office manager is very unprofessional. It's a shame that aspen dental is being represented with such bad customer service. I'm only giving this place one star because I have to in order to post a review.

Staff are very rude and seems to be novice at what they are doing. Called to make an appointment and they rescheduled me 3x. It says in their facility they have 6 dentists but their excuse seems to be dentist had family emergency and they have no dentist on site? Come on now! If you can't provide service for your patient just close the place or find other dentists. I took my PTO for the appointments and they call me 2 hours before my appointment that they would have to reschedule me? How inconvenient for your patients. Also,... read more
