Terrible dentist. Made an appointment over a month ahead of time and they literally cancel my appointment the day before. If you can't even manage appointments properly how would anyone trust you guys with their teeth.Â

I scheduled an appointment for my mom to have her partials repaired in October well her partials could not be repaired so she needed to have a new set; which i paid 3,500 for and it was promised that her partials would be done in one week because they have an onsite lab. Well it was not done Aspen staff said her scan needed to be sent out to their off site lab well 3 months later she still doesn't have her partials and needs to go back in to be rescanned. This is going to be long but an honest and thorough feedback so please bare with me. My sister scheduled same day appointment for new patient limited exam desperately seeking care for severe pain that onset a day prior. She also has work later in the afternoon and is hoping to get this taken cared of before then. Pain has been so unbareable she could barely talk at one point and over the counter medication was not providing any relief.
