My experience was a pleasant one and liked the fast examinations and xrays and was ready to make an appointment for Deep Cleaning and a Cavity being filled, when they gave me the cost of the procedures. The total bill for Teeth Cleaning and A cavity being done or tooth extractions was around $4000.00. My cost after insurance paying was going to be $1197.00 and there is no way my 81 Year old self, unemployed and living on Social Security could possible afford that. I don't ... I always have a good experience at Aspen Dental. Jennifer the hygienist does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! The dentists are professional and thorough. When I broke a tooth they took right away without an appointment. Needless to say I am very happy with Aspen Dental.

Came in on time and over an hour we're still sitting here waiting for the dentist. Now I have 2 kids so we will be here forever!

All I wanted was to get a cap glued back on, it was my first visit and I got there early to fill out the papers, but sat for an hour before being seen. The girl doing the xrays was really sweet. I was taken into a room and sat forever. I caught someone eye and said I had allowed 2 hours for my visit and I had to get to NY for another appointment which meant I had to leave in a few minutes. The staff is nice. They have always assisted me in everything. But the issue is the waiting forever to be seen. I have a 9am appointment so I get there @ 8:50 and then sit till 9:30. Then they take me in do 1 xray and put me in a chair and no one does anything until 10:15. They look at the xray and say yep needs a root canal. I finally wrap it up around 11am. 2 hours for a consultation. The other issue is they are always getting the insurance payments wrong. Check your bill... Seriously ill never go here again. A tooth broke in my mouth, I was in insane pain. I made an emergency appointment to get it pulled. They told me "no problem" an to come in but waited till i got there to say "with no insurance we'll need all the money up front otherwise WE CANT help you" AND no "we dont do payment plans" so not only did they let me walk out with no help and still in crazy pain but they wanted about $400 to pull the tooth. Not including x rays!!!

I didn't have credit .. so I asked about payment plans .. ( OH NO WE DON'T DO THAT ) . They let me walk out in excruciating pain . This place sucks.

Terrible place. Performed unscheduled procedure on me. Malpractice. Now trying to bill me for this. Jessica lies through her teeth. Doctor won't even call me. Don't go to this place.

Avoid this place. Went back to this place after seeing a different dentist for a few years. I scheduled a initial checkup for 1015, I arrived early and still waited an hour. They said they were so backed up but there were only 2 people in the waiting room the entire time. I overheard the receptionist say you have to wait 3-4 months to get a cleaning because they're so booked . I ended up walking out because I called my old dentist and scheduled a cleaning in a week. Your just a number at this place, stay away.
