Horrible experience. I went there a couple months ago. Had a wisdom tooth come in bad and called as my insurance covered them . They told me that they could see me a couple days later. I went in for my appointment and waited more than an hour after my appt was actually schedule. They did xrays as I expected and then told me they couldn't do anything with the wisdom tooth for weeks as I had to come back. They then told me it would be over 900$ to have the wisdom tooth surgically removed as it was impacted. My insurance states... read more

I think The dentist is out of this world good. However if you decide to have a staff meeting you need to put a sign for the clients so they know why on earth they are sitting 15,20,30,1hrs waiting to be seen. We all have schedules and places to go the dentist is not the only place. I waited 40 min another customer told me he had been there 1 hrs. A lady shouted anybody here???? the answer came from the back We are in a meeting. Then if your meeting is going to run into patients scheduled time YOU NEED TO INFORM THEM. Staff i... read more

Very bad experience. I walked out after 1.5 hrs so probably would have to wait longer to actually see a dentist. All they were able do do up to that point is take xrays. Office is dirty, all equipment is very dirty, you can see aged dust on everything. Exam chairs are separated only by small shelves, so it's just one big room with a lot of chairs, and no privacy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Haven't been to a dentist in a while going to aspen dental was the right choice. The staff and doctor C really took care of me will definitely continue going to adorn for all my dental issues...I give them a 10 star rating

I made a first appointment, and when I got there all they did were x-rays and told me to schedule my cleaning. They told me they wouldn't be able to do my cleaning until over a month later. The cleaning should always be the first thing you have done at the dentist, not a month later. The hygienist who ended up doing my cleaning wasn't friendly and was rough on my mouth to the point where I was crying from the pain. I probably wouldn't go back here unless I really needed to.

Really bad when your bridge they put in 2 months ago comes out and they can't see you for a week. Then they want to charge you for the visit! Used to be really happy about them, not so much now.
