Finish what you started before you charge more. Still never got my work completed correctly and yet I got billed after being told to return to get it corrected. Dr. Dixon is a great man and honorable, the lady up front not so much. He said to come back and I will fix your partial at NO COST because I was out sick and missed the appointment. I was looking forward to my visit... but I was so disappointed... they were 45 minuets behind schedule with no explanation, my husband discovered after having conversation with other people in the waiting room that 4 different people had the same time as we did... they were very secretly about their process... we went for a cleaning and never had it ....

I would love if the billing clerk will call me back ever since July 27th is the last time I had communication with Aspen Dental. Im losing patience all I want is to get my teeth extracted. If I dont hear anything with 24 hours Ill take it as my services are not needed
These people will set you an appointment for a month in advance then cancel it without letting you know. They will tell you that if you don't confirm your appointment they will cancel it. I set my husband's appointment a month ago and when I called today they tell me that they canceled it because we didn't confirm. We didn't get a phone call, email, or text to try to confirm the appointment. I went there as the upper mollar that is bad has an abscess that since starting the new antibiotic has grown double in size and my calls there today and their emergency line went unreturned after messages left. Very dissatisfied. Very disappointed in lack of care.
