Absolutely horrible!!! I had an extraction last Tuesday and it’s a week later and my mouth hurts worse than it did before the extraction and a sore has grown on the area. I called and advised of this and advised I followed the after care instructions and is still in so much pain. Today is 9/8 and Nikki, the person who answered stated the doctor won’t be able to see me until mid October. Absolutely just plain horrible. Do not go here. Plus they over charge and just send bill to collections no warning at all. The services are trash and believe me you would waste your time and just be in pain
Very bad service. I'm Nilda, the mother of the boy Samuel Solorzano cared for a moment ago. I request an email where a complaint can be filed for the clinic's poor service. We call informing the child's urgency, date of birth and other requirements. However, we were assigned an appointment today at 6 p.m. for the child's surgery. My son entered with the pope and underwent routine exams again even knowing that you were not there to care for children. I find it a dishonest and unprofessional act the way they act. maybe they will see this but yes as of today and quite a few appointments before but just dealing because day one I got finance and payment every month to present. I kinda had no choice. so today after so much since August 2019 .redo and disappointed over and over..another appointment here again. I love the staff and Dr Pare is friendly and very caring and the staff as well so what is going on!
Very bad experience very unprofessional staff. Unbelievable the service I have received.
