If you make an appointment you will not be called back anywhere near your appointment time, if you're getting dentures plan on making many many many trips back to get them fitted. If you give them your phone number and your email address they'll bug the shit out of you to make sure you're going to be there on time for your appointment I wished I had their email address so I can email them and see if there on time! I won't use them again!
Currently submitting a grievance via Tri-care for the disgraceful experience we had here. New patient x-rays taken which were promised at the time to be free... didn't even see dentist and was presented with an estimated bill for over $1300 for a cleaning. Walked out. Now have bill for xrays. Avoid!
You have to work around their schedule, they are always calling to change appointments. You tell them you have these days off and they do not listen. They drive you crazy calling 50 times a weeks to remind you of your appointment. Call once! They call my cell, then if no answer call the house then my husbands phone.. it is crazy.. seems like $3000.00 is there min for everything. My son and husband both..
Not the place to go if you are in pain. They could care less. Was told I couldn't be seen although I was told by another office to go there as a walk-in to be seen. Was ignored and told they couldn't see me. Restrooms were filthy.
