We have been sitting here for TWO HOURS waiting and waiting!! Rediculous. Why set the appointment for more than two hours before you can be seen!!!!!???? With my Step-father not me. So I will know NOT to come here on see the dentist!!
This place has awful billing practices boarding fraudulent. Just got a EOB from my insurance they billed a visit for my son for this summer and we haven't been in over a year because of the poor service we received. We now go to Dental team of Sumter where your treated like a person not a number and they don't bill for ghost visits not to mention we had a horrible time getting records we are allowed by law to have.. Horrible just Horrible
Terrible Customer Service and when called out on it, they try to blow smoke up your behind calling it a miscommunication.
Don't let them talk you into getting work. Went in to have a chipped tooth looked at and I was told me it would cost over $1,000 to cap the tooth. Got a second opinion-just needed a feeling. They keep charging me for work they have not done. Also I have to keep calling the corporate headquarters to complain about what they are putting on my bill. Watch your charges carefully.
Does this office have a working phone number? Every number I call says it has been disconnected.

Every member I encountered was more than hospitable...however, the reason for my visit was a broken tooth that occurred the night before and it was made clear to everyone that treated me that I intended to get this taken care of that day. Well, the doctor came in and looked at my tooth after xrays and recommended a few procedures and I was told "ok that's all." WHAT!?!?!? I made an appointment and arrived early. I waited one hour to have my teeth cleaned. I finally requested a new appointment. New appointment time arrived and I was called and informed the person that cleaned teeth was not in that week. Was rescheduled....again. I arrived for my appointment early again. Had my xrays and teeth cleaned; no issues. After teeth cleaning I went to checkout and the person listened to personal music all the way through. Professional operation and staff. I only needed my teeth cleaned and that required two visits. I have always gotten the same services (X-rays, exam, evaluation along with the cleaning) on a first visit at other dental practices. The cleaning was thorough and effective. Now I am scheduled for a follow up in one month! Really? I don't have cavities or gum disease. Seems like a moneymaking plan. Also agree with another review regarding restroom. Needs cleaning.
