A few of the staff could work on their customer service. Over priced and kept messing up over charging me on my bill and their response was accidents happen. Not when it cost me hundreds of dollars from their mistake.
Paid my bill in full. received a statement saying I need to pay more money. Called and was told not to pay, it will be taken care of. Received a second notice. Went to the office. Was told a manager will take care of it. Just got a 3rd notice in the mail today. Stating it will go to collections if not paid. So looks like I'm making another trip to the office on Monday.
Well they say they can do Payment arrangements but they would or could not help me I half to do everything out of pocket. Witch I’m no wear near happy about it

very unprofessional operation-several attempts to make impressions of my dentures which never did fit correctly-numerous attempts to make them fit, none of them helpful, still creating blisters in my mouth--a total disaster.

I called them today to cancel all of my future appointments that I had set up and pre-paid for and get a refund. I went yesterday to get some routine fillings re-filled after having them done several years ago at a different office. The dentist cracked my tooth because he must have used too large of a filling for that tooth or maybe drilled in the wrong direction, but regardless, he cracked my tooth, they even have the x-rays to show that my tooth was not cracked in any way prior to this. Years ago, I had some great, professional, dental work done at Aspen dental in Muskegon/Norton Shores, MI. I have since, moved and when my cap broke off, I called Traverse City, Aspen Dental. I explained that I lived an hour and a half away and I would have to schedule my appointment on the same day as another appointment, somewhere else.
