They ruined my teeth and made me miserable for months. You get a different dentist Everytime and I feel rushed. So unhappy and depressed now. I seriously regret going there.
The only two people I liked were the dental hygienist and the X-Ray technician. My first visit there, I was gaffed at by one guy, because he didn't believe my flossing techniques, which I found very rude because I had no reason to make them up. With my most recent filling (over a year ago), a different dentist who was working on my teeth kept calling me "sir", which I found strange when they have my name on file. I was with them for a year. At first they were accommodating. I liked them enough to talk me into fixing my front four upper teeth. Two front teeth porcelain, and then next on either side capped. I thuoght it odd to do these 4 teeth at separate appointments but , what do I know. When finished I had friends tell me they were not all the same color. Although Dave seems like a nice guy for cleanings, the overall practice seems a little deceptive. Change an appointment and you will always be scheduled at least 2 months out. My wife was forgotten in the waiting room for an hour with no explanation. My daughter got a $70 charge we never expected. I was told care credit wouldnt "allow" them to charge less than $100 but after confirming with care credit, thats not true. My daughter had a dental emergency today. I was told she could get in as an emergency as she has an infection and is in severe pain. She got up there and she was turned away. Thanks for wasting our time and money and a special thanks for turning away a patient who was in severe need of emergency dental care. I will be sure to spread the word.
