Advertise as easy payments but they don't take payments. They will refer you to credit care and other credit companies. If you have no credit you can't get dental care there. Very disappointed.
Loved the experience The staff was very knowledgeable. The dentist was very friendly and made me feel at ease
We went in for simple impressions and a wax bite impression appointment at 5 waited til 6:45 with not one word about the wait then they put us in a Chair and forgot about us for 45 min then when they do the Impressions they tell us they need talk to us which then takes another 30 min to tell us the price went from $1902.71 to over $2786.70 T.C. Mi. Second time of screwing us over thank very much would never recommend this places
My husband had a tooth extracted. We were told they accept his dental insurance. Several weeks later we receive a bill. My husband called his insurance and was told they never received a claim. He called Aspen and they had the wrong account number. They said they would take care of it. A month later he received another letter. The receptionist said she would take care if it. Today he received a collection letter. They may be cheaper than their competition, but the aggravation is not worth the savings.
I arrived for a 1 pm appointment and found the reception desk unstaffed, but lots of employees were buzzing around in the background. I signed in. I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, after half an hour, I went to the reception desk and called for the attendant. "He has you chart," she said. No apologies. No explanation for not being greeting. No customer service at all. Screwed my son over twice now! Guess appointments mean absolutely nothing to these people! Hope his cavity is healing itself �
The dentist was great. However the office manager Eric was unprofessional! Did not follow through with anything that he said he was going to. Did not return phone calls and never checked our insurance. I called a different dentist office and had the information with in 20 minutes on the insurance. Eric acted like it was a major inconvenience to help us. After calling 5 times on Tuesday and leaving messages for him to call me (after he stated he would call on Monday) he still had not checked the insurance. Also you pick from ... read more
Very friendly staff, had a tooth pulled didn't even feel it
$$$$$$$$ That's all it's about. Walked out to a different dentist. Come to find out I have 2 abscessed teeth. And I feel like they were trying to take advantage of some one in a ton of pain !!!!!
