I had such a wonderful experience throughout my work done to my teeth until I requested for a refund for work that I paid for ahead of time that I no longer wanted, waited a year for the refund they claim to have sent it to a closed bank account and I still have not received my money back and I’m having a very hard time getting a hold of the manager and finding out what’s going on. Before I left, though, they did provide me with information about a comprehensive care plan which consisted of roughly $6,000.00 worth of procedures that didn’t involve what I had specifically came in for. I was very overwhelmed. Made an appointment with another dentist a week later. ... read more
