Aspen Dental in Uniontown PA is aweful. They advertise FREE first exam and FREE xrays. My daughter had no dental insurance at the time her appointment was made, she went to them and turned in her insurance information that was to start. When she was given the information. She would have been better off not giving them any information. They charged her insurance for the FREE xrays. How are you going to advertise free exam and x rays && then bill my insurance with no notification!??. Now i am surprised with a bill, i wasn't expecting and cant cover!.. The whole reason I scheduled with this company was bc it was "free". Now I have medical bills against me!.. Aspen Dental is a joke and has false advertising.. Highly disappointed!!. Will never go here again.
Not a place we will ever go again!! On 2 different trips staff was rude... They won't let you back with your children and they make you do a consultation prepay then come back day's later to have tooth pulled. Poor poor service!!!
