The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dentist. That was my first visit.—Then I went back, the woman doing the x-rays was so unprofessional, very rude, spoke very mean and rudely to me and rushed me through everything. I went to aspen dental thinking I had chipped my tooth. After taking several xrays and seeing the dental hygenist they determined that I would need intensive cleaning where they would go into the gums. I was sent to the receptionist and it was explained to me that the total cost would be $560 my insurance would only pay $47 of it and they were giving me a $97 discount , I would be responsible for $370 , which could be financed for one year. Aspen Dental is a joke man. My wife went there today because she has a infected tooth and has crappy insurance with high co pays and the people who work there assured her they could give her payments. Well after she saw the dentist THEN they decided to tell her they had to do a credit check for payments. She saw another dentist who told my wife the tooth had to come out but Aspen Dental told her they can't pull the tooth because the root goes into her naval cavity and would need oral surgery. I went with a painful, broken tooth as a new patient. I couldn't get an appointment for almost a week and when I finally went they totally ignored my problem and proceeded to take 25 xrays and treat me as if I were a new patient with no problems that needed to be addressed. They did not fix or address my problem at all but went over my entire history and told me all about the work I had done in the past, (as if I didn't know about it!) I went in for a cleaning. 1st visit. No where was I told the first visit is only for x-rays and examinations. I've never been anywhere that doesn't CLEAN THE TEETH before doing an exam. You can't tell by just the x-rays. NOT GOING BACK. Then give me the speel that I need filling in BETWEEN my teeth and all my teeth. Then get a summary for $4,000 dollars for the work to be done!!!!!! They tried to tell me that the only way to get my wisdom teeth out was surgery but went to another dentist and they said they can come out by simple extraction!! They kept pushing the credit plan and saying I need all this fancy work done but I don't they are just money hungry save your money go to a regular dentist! They have a heart and will help you!!
