I would like to leave no stars if I could. I've been to a lot of dentists in my life, but this is the scariest, money hungry establishment I've ever been to. They actually have a "financial adviser" that you sit down with after the initial x-rays and dentist / hygienist exam. I have OK teeth - some need fillings, granted, but the figure they've quoted me made me gag - $17,000!!!! the worse dental experience ever ! started out with an appt. to get a tooth fixed turned into an all day affair!! 41/2 hours later tooth filled and after an hour of leaving my child was in excuating pain on a Friday afternoon!! only to be told he would have to be referred to a endontist specialist for a root canal !! which I dont think he needed until the dentist dug the whole to the nerve !! when I called back to get some resolution, I was told that the Dr. would have to call me back ... never did !! I went in for a partial replacement and walked out with a work-up estimate for 15k-20k. It is a scam.

My bottom plate is totally wrong. The humans teeth are not even. The teeth are pushed back and gum part is too big. I have an appointment on Friday the 4th to discuss this and get them fixed. I am very disappointed with the way they came out. I already have a sore and can't even wear them.
I switched to the office in Waterbury because the Dental Hygienist in Danbury was brutal. I complained but to no avail. I was there at 8:50am and was not taken for ex rays until 10:20. Day in a room until 10:40 at which time I sought out someone. Finally they examined my teeth but I had another appointment else where so I could not stay for another hour to have my teeth cleaned. I had to reschedule!! Great service huh?
My husband went into get one filling replaced. He came out with a $20,000.00 Bill this is not a joke. They performed at least 30 different diagnostic test on his teeth. They then Sat him down and said let's talk business. It will be $20,000.08 dollars for all your dental repair. He almost fell over and said I only needed a filling. Needless to say his tooth is still not fixed and we did not get it fixed. Scam artist in this chain. Anyone wanting to see the ridiculous bill I will be putting on my Facebook page. Awful!
