I had my first appointment in over 20 years. when i call aspen Adam was very nice. So i was like great. I first had xray done. very nice lady forgot her name. but a bit pushy on how i should take care of my teeth. oh just put $300 an you can get your teeth looked at. So i told her putting a roof an food on my table for my kids was a bit more important then my teeth. so then I move onto the Hygienist was also nice an really was the only one who didn't push but recommended what i should have done. Doctors and nurses never know what is going on with the patient. Everytime you go in they ask you what is it that is being done...isnt that in the files? They say one thing today and change what theyve said the next time you come in.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had. Will not return and definitely will not being recommending anyone to this office.
I made an appointment for a loose bridge and when I went in, everyone was nice as they did xrays. When I went back to wait for the dentist, I was feeling positive. They had me take the bridge out assuring me it could just be recemented. So she came in seeming like she was in a hurry for some reason and again assured me it could just get reemented. Until she figured out how much I paid to get my veneers done, she then her tune and said she would not put it back in (it was already out and I was left with half of my front teeth... read more
I had major tooth pain and went to aspen. I would definately not recommend it.!!!! I left the office feeling terrible as they told me they had to do very extensive work on my teeth. I decided to get a second opinion and it was a major misdiagnosis by aspen. I was given another patients charts( major hippa vilolation) I then called them to explain my situation and I was promised a call back to talk to the dentist. They never called. Never again will I go back there and if you are smart , you won't waste your time there either

They force to buy things also are not helpful.. way out of price
i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. you walk in with no insurance..intimidated and a little fearful and they write you up a bill of 11, 000..instead of listening to what you want..they TELL you what you need...that is not any way to get new patients,,do not do business with this place
