The staff was courteous, the wait was reasonable. Unfortunately we do not have insurance and their fees are outrageous. After checking on usual and customary charges theirs are high. I can only assume they will do a good job as I cannot afford them to find out.
Went to get a denture repair and was told it would cost over $400 just to put two pieces back together I asked how much to replace the lower denture and they said $2000 which is way out of wack I had the whole set made about two years ago for a little over $2000 I had them repair them because I needed them when I picked them up I was not satisfied with what they did and was told it was plaque on them . 3 weeks ago ha all upper teeth removed then called for apt said will take a week so made apt for Monday week ago then was called and cansiled 45 min before apt.told had to reschedule fot next monday ay 615 .so yesterday was the apt.was called in morning and told apt.was cansil again been trying to get new dentures for 3 weeks can't evan get in door to get started with the process so as far as im conserned they have left a bad taste in my mouth.

I do NOT recommend Aspen Dental. They are over priced, terrible dentist and terrible customer service.
Absolutely AWFUL!! After waiting over 40 minutes I get told sorry the Dr. can't see you because although you might be expecting we need an x-ray!! Disgusted!
I have NEVER BEEN to such a horrible dental place!!! Highly NOT RECOMMEND!!! I am not scared of the dentist but this place I would RUNNNNNNNNN as fast as I could.
