Surgeon comes in once a month. Meantime my tooth needs extracting and between Irma and his schedule it took 3 months to get in. After surgery I get 3 prescriptions. Drive 1.5 hours to get home and discover prescription aren't signed. With swollen face, I had to rectify their error

Just got a routine cleaning. Stephanie is great. The price is $25 or so higher than my old dentist, but the convenience of the location makes it worth it.

The staff that I was with were very friendly and professional. I understood everything they explained on what needed to be done. The only problem I had was when they gave me a gift bag with an Oral B toothbrush in it and other items. When I saw the bill I was charge $135 for it. I was not given the opportunity to go buy my own, it was misleading thinking I got this from them. While most of the employees at Aspen were nice enough, it felt cold and impersonal. The man who took my x-rays chastised me for my gag reflex and said "we are going to be at this all day." The office was not impressive. Then the procedures they suggested were $3000 over the second opinion I received.

These people are so kind, patient, gentle compassionate, and I just can't say enough good things about them. I have a major fear and anxiety of the dentist and they are slowly making it go away. Go see them in Zephyrhills, it is worth the visit. I must add their dental hygienist is amazing.

having issues with my bill now...all of a sudden I am being billed for more than I was initially told..I even paid my share over $2200.00 up front..now I am told my bottom denture isn't covered, they won't make me an appointment for my permanent top denture...I have a balance I wasn't told about and it keeps growing. They started taking 25.00 in the office toward my unknown balance but the main office says they don't do payment plans like that...now my credit score dropped because they sent to collections even though I have ... read more

Had new top denture made Nov 30, 2016, called a week later for an adjustment and they said they couldn't get me in until Jan 17, 2017. So I guess I will have to have a sore spot for a whole month and a half, and let it get worst. Seems like something is not right here. They can't take you in for a quick adjustment.

All in All it was not bad. The biggest problem I had with this office was the sanitary conditions. They handed me a pair of goggles to put on and they were really nasty. I used my shirt to clean them off as they were covered in saliva and blow back from previous customers. Also the over head adjustable light was filthy with the same kind of splatter. This is the first time I have ever used Aspen and likewise the first time I witnessed this kind of sanitary conditions in a dental office. The procedures were good but someon... read more

Very long wait, and very expensive for someone without insurance.
