Attentive, motivated, straight forward and trustworthy. I will work with her on heloc now that re fi is done. My first loan was a second home purchase without a realtor which might have been nerve racking but she explained the process well to me.

We originally thought to go with a big lender, but Carrie Williams came highly recommended from a friend. I am so grateful that we decided to give Carrie a call. She made the entire process much easier and was always there to answer questions or concerns we had along the way. We were working on a very short timeline and I was pleasantly surprised that Carrie was able to make it work. Not only that, but she introduced us to our realtor, who was also amazing!

I am a first time home buyer and I will recommend Carrie to literally everyone. She is so professional, efficient, lightning fast with communication, and updates you every single step of the way. Carried closed my home in 7 days as opposed to the other lender who took 60 days just for paperwork. I love the update emails, spam risk notification emails, and the Halloween decorating idea email really got my attention. I love stuff like that. Thank you for everything Carrie!!!

My husband and I are not from Roanoke, and we were purchasing our first new house in years. The mortgage process has changed. Bob Williams was great! Bob was prompt, clear, and helpful, quickly responding to all of our questions. He sent helpful emails explaining what to expect at the next steps in the process and recommending the documentation we would need handy to complete the process.
