Tena - You really helped keep the loan process on track by telling us exactly what would most likely be needed before you gave everything to Judy. Also with all three home closings that we had in the past, the lender NEVER showed up at closing. I was very impressed by that! I refinanced my house with Kevin. Not only did Kevin get me a better rate than the other companies I spoke to, but he drove 2 hours to sit in on my signing with the closing attorney just to help me feel more comfortable. He made what I thought would be a laboring situation seem very seemless. I highly recommend.
