Had a very painless and easy experience for a first time home buyer. Stayed right on top of everything and made sure everything happened in a timely manner. Was also extremely helpful in understanding how the whole process worked.
Dwayne was an absolute professional the whole way through the home buying process. The building company I chose for my new home was severely less than satisfactory and Dwayne went above and beyond the call to atone for mistakes that weren't even his to deal with. Everything went rather quickly, but would have liked to have been apprised of a few fees beforehand, but otherwise Linda's office staff was able to email documents that we never received via U.S. Mail that contained this information.

Absolutely the best experience !!!! I was kept in the loop through the entire process. Options were offered to me for financing. Pete quoted me a dollar amount needed to close on the house and day of settlement he was about 500.00 less than expected. Can't beat that!
