Aimee went above and beyond to assist us with getting all of the proper documentation for our loan. She was involved in every aspect of our purchase process. I am a first time buyer and she was patient and explained everything to me in a way that was so easy to understand. I am so happy and blessed that she was our loan officer during this time.
Aimee was extremely helpful and made the stressful process of buying a new home much easier. This was the second home that we purchased so we still had lots of questions when trying to navigate through this process. She was always patient and very kind to answer all of our many questions. She was easy to work with, great at communicating and keeping our application up to date and ready for when we were finally ready to buy! I am grateful for having Aimee guide us through this process! When you need to buy see Keith. Worked with Keith twice and its been the best experience ever in homebuying. This is based on significant experience with traditional banks who were ineffective compared to Keith and Atlantic Bay. If you've ever experienced the frustration of dealing with a bank I strongly suggest you check Keith and Atlantic Bay out.
