Grant was fantastic from beginning to end of the purchase of our first home. He was always available if we had any questions throughout the loan process.
We are more than pleased with Shannon Hodges - we first contacted her in February of 2017 about buying a home; we had some credit issues, and the expert advice and suggestions she gave us really helped improve our score, and we are now getting ready to close on our forever home! All of our questions and concerns were answered timely, she was never too busy to take my phone calls or answer my emails, and she made me feel like a valued customer. Due to a not so stellar credit history we thought getting a Home loan (mortgage) was going to be a grueling process.... but actually it was one of the easiest financial processes we have ever gone through. Working with Dwayne was a great experience. We had a unique situation in which numerous mortgage companies/officers were unable to secure a loan for us. Dwayne never gave up and as a result of his hard work we now have a beautiful home. He is a very dedicated and knowledgeable person and we always felt he had our best interests at heart!! John is professional and prompt. He answered every question I had thoroughly and always got back to me very quickly. I didn't have a realtor and my property is in a flood plain and both of these things put some extra work on John and his team and they didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend John, he's been in this business for quite some time and is top notch.
