I currently have five mortgages with John and his team- four rental houses and my personal home. His rates are unbeatable, service is personal, professional, friendly and seamless. No phone trees or gimmicks to refer you to websites, etc. True small town genuine service. I have done construction loans and multiple re-fi's thru him as well. I was referred to John from a friend, and was very glad that I went with him. Even though we were uncertain that we were even going to buy when we first reached out to him, he was patient with us and treated us like we were for-sure buyers. He answered all of our questions promptly and explained things carefully. He even helped catch an error by the lawyer that got some of our escrow money back at the closing. Highly recommended!

Good man. Straight forward. Handled everything with no hassle. A popular nationwide mortgage lender was jerking my chain, changing stuff, asking for more, hiding fees. Working with John was a pleasure. Good rate on the mortgage. Straight shooter on the fees. Actually was $9,000 (yes, $9,000.00!!!) LESS than the mortgage costs with that popular nationwide mortgage lender.

I would highly recommend Tom Glass to anyone looking to buy a house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to talk you through items line by line. As a first time home buyer I expected the process to be completely overwhelming. He made everything easy to understand and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Keith is a great lender who sat down to hear our concerns and worries. He a personable lender that thinks of client first and not the closing. We went through two contracts and 6 months home shopping. Through it all he stuck next to us kept checking in on us. He went out of his way to take care of us and we were so appreciative. We would and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy in the Hampton Roads and North Carolina areas.
