I worked with Mike on getting a mortgage loan. He was absolutely great! I was originally approved with another lender with another home that fell through and they required so many extensions on top of their already long closing date that I decided to switch lenders when looking to purchase another home. I went with Atlantic Mortgages and l still received a great rate. Mike was very easy to work with explained everything and was able to close quickly and on time.

Our experience with Jane was awesome! She worked with us to get the house we wanted, from 1600 miles away. She explained what was needed and and why. In getting us the VA-insured loan we desired, Jane had to go above and beyond ordinary loan servicing measures. We are extremely happy with her work, and would highly recommend her to friends.

We recently bought a home in Mount Pleasant and worked directly with Bill on the financing. He was very organized & clear in detailing what documents I needed and quickly addressed any gaps or questions I had.
