From her fun and friendly demeanor to her intimate understanding of financial markets, Carrie kept us informed throughout the entire process. She helped explain rates and terms and even spent HOURS with me while I shopped rates --- in the end, the ease of use, quick response, and expertise won us over.

Calling Shannon was the best decision I've ever made! As a first time homebuyer, she explained everything from start to finish and made the home buying process such a breeze...much easier than I thought it would ever be. Only mistake I made was not calling her sooner!

Marti was always responsive and on top of things. I probably had the most difficult mortgage shes ever had to deal with being a business owner. She took careful steps to make sure i had everything i needed, and was always so prompt! I'd recommend her to anyone!

It was extremely easy working with Jason. I would definitely recommend him for the purchase of any home or property. He asked for specific documents and answered any questions with the purchase of the home. He is very knowledgable in his field of work.
Vanessa was helpful at closing and obtaining the initial mortgage quote, yet the in between times were filled with slow response times, including having to re-communicate information, at times, because she was calling from her car, did not have the paperwork available, was in a meeting, etc..Seems to have trouble adequately juggling her case load and offering her best customer service.

I'm very sorry that you felt that you had a bad experience. Buying/selling a house without a realtor (for sale by owner), is more difficult, because there is a lot more involved, inspections/invoices, communication between buyer and seller, not always having information because of having to wait on other parties to send that are not responsive. I walked into Linda's office scared to death about buying my first house at 44 years old. In 5 minutes, Linda had me relaxed and ready to go. She explained the whole process before we even looked at paperwork. EVERY single time I called, she answered. EVERYTIME I was confused, she explained. As this is my first house, I have no other experience to compare to. I dont need one. If I ever decide to buy again, Linda Youngblood will be the ONLY one I call.
