It's been years since my husband & I had to go through a home purchase. We didn't really know what our best option was. Shannon was great to work with! She answered questions that I didn't even know I needed to ask. She was quick to respond, very knowledgable, & looked out for our best interests. I worked with Hans Meier while purchasing my new home. Hans was quick to respond to my needs and gave me a breakdown of potential closing fees and payments with 3 different options. Within just a few weeks he sent me the final closing fees which were within just a few dollars of the estimated cost. I am currently on disability and never thought I would own a home again but not only did Hans show me it was possible but attended my closing to show his support. Thank you again Hans.
