You could not ask for a more professional, considerate and helpful person than Mike Yates. From the first time we spoke with Mike to the end of our closing we were confident in his ability to guide us through the loan process without a hitch. This included the whole process from pre approval through closing. We have recommended Mike to others and they have nothing but great comments on his ability to get them through their loan process also.
Jane is a very knowledgable, friendly and very resourceful person. She worked so hard to get me a loan that was an amazingly good deal for me !She and her accociates were able to get me approved even after my own mistakes got me in trouble with approval. Immediate response, thorough planning and sincere concern for my case kept me feeling secure throughout the process.

Mike has been amazing to deal with. Out of everyone involved with the process of buying our first home, Mike stands out as a true professional. We ran into a lot of issues due to our house being a bank-owned property and Mike was there to answer every question that came up. He was always prompt, polite, and extremely easy to work with.I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a lender without giving it a second thought. He's the man.
George makes you feel as ease in making a big decision. You might have to ask yourself what are you doing here, I should be stressed out. He will help you make decision base on what your comfort level is. Therefore you feel good about what you are doing. I am an investor and homeowner. What you need is a good real estate agent and a good financial agent and George was my go to guy.
Grant Barker walked us through the set up of buying a new home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel important. This was our first home to purchase and he took careful strides to make sure we were taken care of. I would use his services again.
