George was the best!! After having troubles with another loan company we went to Atlantic Bay and George helped us in every way. He was fast, efficient and knowledge. He kept us in the loop on every step in the process. I wished we would have went to him first.

When I contacted Hans about getting a mortgage, he was extremely helpful. Because we did not have a real estate agent helping us, Hans was a great resource. I was referred to Hans by my accountant. From the first minute we spoke, I found him to be very pleasant and professional. He never pressured me in any way, but with just a little information, was able to propose a plan to save me SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars a month. I wish I could give Mr. Yates 10 stars for my experience working with him on my home loan. Mr. Yates was very knowledgeable and knows about all the different types of loans available for your individual purchase and advises what is the best route to take. He follows up and ensures all requested paperwork is in order to move you swiftly through your purchase process. He responds quickly to any and all questions, and in my case there were a lot. I would highly recommend Mr. Yates when applying for a home loan.
