I did a refi with Atlantic Bay Mortgage and used Jason Bialek, in Salem Virginia. My house is a smaller style brick ranch in Roanoke City. He saved me so much money it is incredible. My rate went down to a 4.0 from a 6.5. This is literally going to save me tens of thousands of dollars. Pete made this process unbelievably easy. Over the last 20 years, I have applied for many mortgages/approved for various properties, but I will say he made it the easiest in my experience. He was very precise and made it as painless as possible including making it happen for a quick closing date. I would recommend Pete without hesitation.

Peter Green and Atlantic Bay Mortgage are awesome! They were not my first choice in the mortgage process; they were referred to me by my Realtor, and boy was I glad they were!
