Carrie was outstanding and was one of the most professional loan personnel I have ever dealt with. Even though we ended up going with another lender, she was very proactive and always answered her phone even if it was after hours. She has a great customer service drive and puts you at ease during a stressful process. I would highly recommend her to anyone because I know through personnel experience that they would be in good hands.
Stacey was very knowledgeable about the home buying process. She provided guidance and made the process as painless as possible. I trusted the Seim team and I'm happy with the results. I will definitely recommend them.
This gentleman seems knowledable, but is very hasty. He did not make us feel welcomed and rushed through the pre-approval process. Maybe it was a bad day, but he was not very friendly over the phone, either.
I was able to close on my home in 30 days with minimal headache thanks to Jason and his team at Atlantic Bay. They let me know exactly what documentation was needed and from whom. I'm excited to say that I am a homeowner and these wonderful people helped put me here!

Jane Helgeson was our loan officer. We were first time home buyers. The house we chose to buy was a short sale and the process was a complicated one! But Jane walked us through every step and went above and beyond to take all the stress off of us!
