Jane was awesome to work with. I knew absolutely nothing about the home buying or loan process. She and her teammates walked me through and explained everything to me so I would understand. I recently had the pleasure of refinancing my home through Atlantic Bay Mortgage. Mr. Yeargin diligently prepared my mortgage, answered all of my questions, and put all my concerns to rest. I had such a plesant experience that I would recommend him to my mother (had she not been the one who referred him to me).
Grant was very helpful, knowledgeable, and available for questions any time. I was impressed that his advice always matched up to my co-worker's advice, who had worked in the mortgage industry for 20+ years. He helped us find the right loan, followed through, handled everything in a timely fashion, and even followed up after the closing to make sure everything went smoothly and we were satisfied. I would highly recommend him!
Darlene was a pleasure to work with and she is very knowledgable in the lending industry. I was very fortunate in working with to help me acquire a loan for a non-warrantable condo. She did not mind taking time out of her busy schedule to help explain to me the differences between the various condo loans and what I was and wasn't eligible for. Darlene made the entire loan acquisition process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to any home buyer looking for a mortgage.
