How do I begin with how scared I was to go through a process of a refi and put it in my own name. I had to put my trust in Michael and he came through. He told me how it will work and kept me updated on the process which made me feel comfortable along the way. Trust is important and it all worked out like he said it would. That to me speaks volumes. During my refinances, I decided to not have all my eggs in one basket, and called a few different mortgage officers and Carrie was able to provide the best rates for the lowest closing costs. Need I say any more.
