We only had one hiccup during underwriting and Tammie contacted me immediately and was super responsive when I got her the info she needed. The Atlantic Bay Mortgage application site is great too because it lets you use your usernames and passwords to all your financial accounts instead of asking for account numbers.

Far and away the easiest to work with out of all the lenders in the area, provided timely, clear, and concise guidance, and was always just a phone call away. I was introduced to Linda by a local real estate agent and have been to happy ever since! Linda is on top of all the documents you need and simplifies the process for you so you’re not overwhelmed.
