Atlantic Bay and Ginny were SO helpful with the whole process!!! She sent me timelines so I would remember important dates and requirements, and was always available to answer my questions. First time home buying was easy with them by my side. Thank you Ginny!!!!

Amiee was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions throughout the process. I work in the mortgage industry and I know what makes a good loan officer, and let me tell you Amiee is one of the good ones. Her communication is great, and is always available not matter what. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a Loan Officer. My loan process was very easy and went very smoothly.

Everyone worked and reacted like a duck gliding seamlessly across a mirrored pond...while paddling like mad under the surface...to assure me of a boring transaction (that's a good thing). There were of course problems and obstacles to overcome as in most transactions...but the Agent and his staff were "on it" all the way, paving rough spots and potholes completely smooth.
