Ruth was so helpful throughout the process and went well out of her way to help educate us about the buying process. The entire experience was extremely easy and personable from day one. We lived a couple hours from Keith so we didn’t have very much face to face interaction. We loved that he did the videos to update us along the way, we were always excited to get a new video & could see the enthusiasm he had for us & what he was doing for us.
