I was referred to Ruth by a friend after I had a terrible experience with Quicken Loans. Ruth gave me everything and more that Quicken Loans denied me. She was organized, friendly, and highly experienced. She helped me around the clock no matter evening or weekend. So thankful her and her company came in and helped me pick up the pieces from the other refinance company.
Josh pulled all of the strings and got me an excellent mortgage rate for my home loan. He searched high and low for any discounts he could get me to save me the most amount of money, long term. I would highly recommend!
Melina was absolutely Fabulous, She worked so hard to get us through the Loan process, other lenders did not want to help us because it would not be an easy loan. Theo Delyannis was there for me every step of the way. I had two mortgages to process simultaneously, a refinance and a purchase. My circumstances were not what I would call "traditional." Furthermore, the success of the refinance determined the outcome of the home purchase mortgage. Theo stuck with it, stayed in touch and kept the process moving through completion.
