Great room, laundry facilities inside room, nice views and very roomy. Didn't like the elevator, very slow, had to use the stairs 98% of the time.

I was told we could check in early as we landed at 10:30am. i had to find somewhere to go with all of our luggage as they had nowhere for us to store any of it. if the staff had told me no from the beginning, i would have been prepared but they continually told us it would be soon....it was not, it was check in time and i am quite positive nobody was in our room for it to even need cleaning. i called 4 times and was told the same....soon....soon....just be truthful and say theres no possible way when i call a month prior, th... read more

Great location, good hotel. Overall a good place to stay, extremely convenient. Wasn't too happy with the $95 resort fee that I had to pay when I arrived. Also pretty unhappy with the fact that they do not provide additional toilet paper. room was large and clean and had great features.

Very nice place to stay and very spacious room. All the staff were friendly at check-in, along with all the housekeeping staff. We loved the access to the pools at both hotels, the oceanfront. Was not thrilled about having to park so far away from the room.
