Some issues but good stay The first room we had didn't have the fold out couch or the Bed in the wall.. The balcony rail was covered in plastic. So we had to get up and move all our stuff to another room which was in another bldg. The indoor pool and hot tub are not in both of the bldg. No where on the site was it mentioned that there were 2 bldgs. If you are choosing this hotel it is best to request bldg 2/3 where the lobby is located.. At first, the frontg desk guy gave me a queen and a king when I booked 2 kings and that room was filthy. When I brought it to his attention, he told me that they don't even have rooms with 2 kings in it. Then he tried to say I owed a balance. So I told him that I was going to contact hotels.com and then all of a sudden the correct room appeared. When we got to that room, we had to get housekeeping to get clean sheets for one of the beds. I don't think I will stay here again.
It was OK but could have been better because they were working on the building and didn't tell you when it was booked dryer didn't work no washing machine in room. Room service came once the whole weekend
Nice Hotel for the price. Over all my mother and I had a good stay at this hotel. Its a little out dated but very clean and no major problems. NO parking on premise and the closest parking space was a block away. Staff was friendly and would probably use this hotel again. Warning : they have a no locals policy. You have to live more than 30 miles away to stay here.
