Brian was very knowledgable and kind. Our home was in the higher price range and there had not been a home in the area that sold for what ours did and we got multiple offers. There is another home in the neighborhood that is the same model. It was up for sale for less than ours and its still up for sale. I think Brian knowledge and marketing made the difference.
