Matt, Brian and Matthew have been awesome in multiple real estate transactions. We bought through Matt once and are now using Atlas again to sell this home and buy another. The team is always very responsive, usually responding in a few minutes. They really know the Denver market and have made it their priority to get the price and terms we wanted.

Ed is a true professional and will do everything possible to get you the best deal and in the best time. He even went so far as to provide us with contact information for services in the area including utility companies and other services. He went above and beyond what most would expect and did more than we even asked for. I absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a home.

Ed was very knowledgeable of the listing and buying process. Adviced me of all options when it came to the listing process. He was very responsive when it came to any questions I had. Michael served as the owner's representative in connection with the acquisition of a rental property. The rental required a significant amount of work in order to be habitable. He developed a responsible budget along with a critical milestone timetable. He solicited bids from multiple general contractors - all of whom were responsive and responsible. Michael knows the process and is an excellent negotiator. He helped me find and purchase my first rental property and we closed in about a month. He made sure that everything was in order and that I knew and was comfortable with the risks associated with rentals as well as the property specifically. I have already recommended him to some of my coworkers.

Michael is awesome! He took the time to understand what type of property I was looking to purchase, my budget and my fears and concerns.
