Mike was great about thinking of creative ways to win a bid. That was a big deal for my husband and myself because the market in Colorado is so difficult. We looked for houses for 6-9 months and Mike was willing to view a TON of homes with us and search for homes daily. Hes personable and does what he can to create a relationship with you and the seller agent to do what can be done to add a personal touch to the sale.
He got the ball rolling on finding me a great rental property and filling it with tenants who, so far, have been great! We met multiple times when looking for a place and always had/found answers to my questions, which made me feel like I was always in the loop.
