This account was created for two purposes, share an experience, and at the request of their social service worker. Not familiar with the protocol so I will do the best to share my experience so others may find this beneficial and to please the request from Auburn Oaks. I would strongly advise you conduct a lot of research before going with any facility, but in my case, our loved one was sent by Kaiser so our family could not research them in advance. Beware they will make you feel confident in their capabilities, and will give you a hard sell on how great they are and kindness will be oozing out of their pores. What you have here it's Foothill Oaks Care Center that has been renamed Auburn Oaks Care Center. This is the same disgusting criminally negligent Convalescent Center that it's always been. I don't where are these supposedly wonderful reviews came from but I'm highly suspicious because I was just there to see my father and I'll be leaving shortly even though it's 10: 45 p. M. My grandpa had Alzheimer's and was here. They did not care for him. Didnt feed him. They always seemed understaffed. My grandma got regular daily calls to come take care of him. So what is the point of paying for people to help care for your loved one if they are constantly calling for my grandma to do it? Avoid this place at all costs. You don't want your loved one here.
